WhoHealsHere is a free hospital research tool built on publicly available federal data from the CMS Hospital Compare program.

We believe hospital quality data should be easy to access and understand — not buried in government databases or locked behind paywalls.

What we do

We take the raw data from CMS Hospital Compare and present it in a clear, structured format so anyone can research a hospital before a planned procedure, emergency, or family care decision.

What we don't do

• We don't require accounts or registration.
• We don't store your searches.
• We don't run ads or sell data.
• We don't editorialize or rank hospitals beyond what the federal data says.

Data source

All hospital quality data comes from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Hospital Compare program. CMS collects and publishes this data to help patients make informed healthcare decisions.

Limitations

Only Medicare-certified hospitals participating in the Hospital Compare program appear in our search. Private-pay-only facilities and some specialty hospitals may not be included.
